Custom Show-Control App
Off-the-shelf control surfaces fought the way this venue actually ran shows. So I built one that didn't.

The challenge
Operators were juggling four apps and a paper cue sheet. One missed handoff and the moment was gone.
What I built
A single cue engine speaking OSC and MIDI to every device, with a touch surface a guest operator could learn in ten minutes.
Outcome
Show calls dropped to one button per cue. The paper sheet is now a backup nobody reaches for.
